Phone screen called gorilla glass 4. It cracked in firat fall from a hight of 2 ft.
Not understandable spending rs. 10k on phone ans now rs. 5500 on replacement of screen.

Bought in april 2016. Screen cracked in a fall from 2 ft in first fall.
Extremely bad. Seems they supply fake gorilla glass. I was earlier using Samsung and motorola phones and accidentally dropped them from much higher hights but nothing happened. Extremely bad phone. Never buy.

Recently bought this phone..battery issue with marshmallow..unable to update to new firmware which fixes this problem...if tried manually,after restarting phone it going in recovery mode and below error comes :
E:failed to mount /asdf (invalid argument)
E:failed to set expected mount for installs :aborting
Installation aborted(E_UPDATE_BAD_PARAMS)
E:Cant mount asdf/recovery/last_log
E:Cant open asdf/recovery/last_log

In specification, it supports 3g/4g in both sim. But it supports 3g/4g in one at a time

Hi, I bought the phone yesterday and feel the phone is getting heated at the back near the slim slot.. just checked the battery temperature using *#*#4636#*#* and it is around 34 degree Celsius when the phone is idle and around 42 when I am browsing .. please tell me what is the normal temp and is there any reason to panic ...

increase the volumes in sound and notification
try to boot the phone in safemode and recheck your problems

i suggest you to buy ASUS VR HEADSET its coming on this 17th. it is pretty cool and awesome.

Facing an issue of not getting sound after connecting earphones (jbl) or any ear phone to Asus Zenfone 2 Laser ZE550KL android version 5.0.2.
Please suggest any possible solution.
