after marshmallow update on lockscreen there was a black filter ...this cause wallpaper blackish....how to reslove this???

i am using this phone ..no hanging & no heating to be frank but the problem is speaker sound quality & battery back up .first 2 months battey is ok ..after for very phone call it is decresing 2 % . i has already up dated soft ware & factory restarts ...and the customer service centre is worst they dont take care of customer ....they are taking 3 days to check the battery ..

very nice......i like the marshmallow update.. friends update your mobile ....if you have any issue after update . do a factory reset...solve every thing......you need to update every thing from play store. and update google play services.....hope u understand. thankyou

I am using my ph fr 6months n now my ph is gettng heated up by using it for a small peroid of tmy n the drainage of battery is to high...it dosnt reamin fr 1 hour after giving full charge...i also damaged my charger a mnth ago can it be due to the use of alternative charger?

Your SD card may be faulty. Try other cards. The device may also have limitations of the maximum capacity it can read. May be it can't read beyond 32GB.

I am trying to use sandisk 128 gb memory card. mobile is detecting the card. but if i copy anything, all files are disappearing after some time. is it mobile problem or memory card problem. please anyone give me solution for this.
i am using SanDisk Ultra 128GB MicroSDXC does this mobile supports it.
they mentioned microSD supported.
