plz hlp i have a 2 gb ram version lazer masmellwo . i m unable to play full hd videos it lags resolution is 1920*862 . i m using mx player with codec i tried it with all codecs evn i have a mx player pro but video play back lags like a hell pictures lags i tried this video playing in k3 note n k4 note both play it without any lag... it is very disappointing for me..

on 08-07-2016 today i performed test about battery usage with this mobile with new update version 21.40.1220.1708
the following conditions are enabled before testing
1) auto sync enbaled
2) location services enabled
3) brightness as 30% setted
4) all the applications are denied by using auto start manager
5) all the applications protected by super boost
6) some appication notifications are blocked by me and some are allowed
7) mobile data is on 2G network through out test
testing results as follows for the battery consumes

dont worry , that 412mb update already included in new update , that is 1715
download manually latest version from asus website and copy to internal device an d install it , battery should be charged atleast 50%

My build version is MMB29P.WW_User_21.40.1220.1615 and yesterday twice I tried to update my phone and downloaded 412mb file OTA. I got an error while updating the firmware and my phone restarted. Please help me to update the phone.

2) you can go head, this browser supports resume option , only the download server supports .
3) I knew that asus server supports resumes
4) its safe , but you must scans with antivirus and then do installation
5) I downloaded via computer

n lollipop version my asus zenfone laser2 550kl battery drains as follows
1% in 4 minute chat over wifi
1% for 6 minute hd video playback in MX player .without wifi.
1% drains in 10-12 minute while downloading on wifi while screen is off .
Is iit ok .
I did all above test by autohybernating by using greenify app.

2) how many hour you using in 3g for browsing and downloading
3) I am here to trying give smooth roms should design by asus , so that I am giving some suggestions to asus , everyone send a mails regarding their problems issues to asus , so that they will take serious action

9 hour battery backup on 3g regular use
custmigeson is also good in this phone
1st some point read use better this phone
all asus apps disebale....asus manager etc
