some interesting facts , about marshmallow 6.0 update WW_user_21.40.1220.1615_20160517 , which released by asus lately on july 1st
facts are
1) this update firmware may support other phones to ZD550KL ,ZE600KL ,ZX550KL and ZE550KG
2) this update support emmc rom
3) this support some improvements in modem .
note :: 1) I am not recommending this same file to update for other phones
2) I have not checked with other phones by updating

I bought my ZenFone 2 laser 7 moths ago now it's running on Android lollipop 5.02 ....,today I got a new software update to Android 6 with a 1054 mb ....what should I do is there any problems facing anyone after updation pls suggest me.... thanx in adVanCe..

Sir i have a feedback, i don't know if others have the same experience but when i use 4g (LTE) my phone is not rebooting, but in 3g, it reboots all the time, and sometimes when in wifi... that is my observation so far..

I have updated my zenfone laser to android m. Now if i perform a factory data reset, will the android m update and the previous updates be again available on my device?
Please note that my phone is not a rooted one.

But i tried other sim card and the settings of the mobile data even 3g or 4g, same problem.. even in wifi same. I tried to check for software update when in safe mode but no update since i updated just last sunday evening. And even on safe mode, my phone also rebooted. Please help.. i also tried to clear the cache after the update like others are advacing me,but haven't worked for me.

ITS, 04 Jul 2016it the process of updating... lets see what will happen..I already esculated som e bugs to Taiwan , R and D team , my mails aere forwarded with screen shots , they will fix those coming in nougat 7.0

tungkel, 04 Jul 2016same problem with one guy down the comments, my phone is re... morethese kind of problems I never experienced , on any version , make sure your current sim card should much match with phone frequency, conform from sim card
try these solutions
1) go to settings ---backup & reset--- network settings reset---choose desire connection in box --- click reset settings -- restart the phone
2) if problems does not solve means , boot the phone in safemode and recheck thhe prblems , post your reply

Latest patch still has the conne... moreyou must send a mail with screenshots , so that they will fix that issues.
try to do hardware reset from m recovery mode , in marshmallow 6, first sim support 4G and second does not support 4G ,, it s conformed from google

What will you say , if after downgrading to lollipop ... moreservice center , once they flash the is become empty , new manufactured handset without any os , accordingfg to your choice , they will install that os , an d give you back , and after , you can upgrade don't worry , its like a nokia phones

WW_user_21.40.1220.1615_20160517 from my self , from today I will check is there bugs or not

Latest patch still has the connection issue, reset phone + clean catch doesn't help :(
Phone still rebooting when data is enabled under the following condition:
- weak signal & switching between 2G/3G/4G

unable to play any full hd video.. its laging in mx player n mx pro, vlc n all players with custom codec AIO 1.7.32.... plz help me... and i am Not using marshmallow i m still using lollipop...! i m playing mkv n ac3 type of videos sound is coming but pictures in video are laging i m tried of everything.. it also hang sometimes like re staring whn data or wi fi is on.. hlp me everything is nice.. but i m facing major problems now
