Mic not working from last update. please give solution

I bought this mobile two months back and its already causing prob. Keeps losing network reception, and then network doesn't come back on its own. And every time I try to reboot the phone in order to get the network back, the phone doesn't restart. Keeps booting and only reaches up to the Asus screen n then boots again. Shown it to a local vendor, got it flashed thrice but to no avail. Lost all my data twice in the span of two days already. Is it a software glitch or a hardware defect? Pls help!

Mr raju motion gesture is not working on my ZE550KL on marshmallow, is it working on other phones please give a solution to the problem if there is one

2) switch on the phone , and boot the phone in safemode
3) and again check led notification is options are there or not

Can any one helpdo some customisation with my using tips
charge full battery and use till it switch off below 0%
an then charge till 100% , don't switch on thus is called one cycle
for battery performance we must do atleast 5 tijmes
in lollypop average time for charging 200 minutes or 3 hour 20 minutes

if not comes means ,
last method , this will erase all internal storage
go to recovery mode to wipe data /facory reset

please ... moremanual update marshmallow is not released in asus website.
try these settings
1. go to settings---data usage---3 dots -- click on allow background data ( restrict background data visible)
2.open asus mobile manager --data usage-- control app data usage --put tick marks in all apps to mobile and wifi symbols
3. go to settings---system updates--auto download system updates - enable auto download system update
note :: if you have wifi , connect through wifi , 1053MB for marshmallow
4. click blue button , check update , wait for one minutes , it will ask to download , proceed further , keep charging phone .
