try to do hardware reset ,
these step will erase all datas in phone memory
remove remove card
go to recovery mode and click on wipe data\factory reset , , conform to format and wait for 10 seconds , an then restart the phone , after rebooting , phone wiilll ask to setup an d some customize , do it , and add google account , update gooodle playt store , gogogle play services and google chrome
and then try your required site
government of india banned many sites via bsnl service provider , so I think in your country also , banned some sites via internet service providers via sim card

Should I update to Marshmallows now or wait for a while longer? Are there still many bugs in the update and has Asus fixed the problem of phone restarting on switching on mobile data/WiFi? Please someone tell me

I tried that site and it only let's you browse the site through their domain and it lacks pictures. The issue still remains unresolved. when I opened any browser and type for example: "www.deviantart.com" which is a photo engine site, I would get "Webpage not found". Just a reminder, I used this phone in the beginning with no issues. It only started after I updated all the pre-installed apps so i thought uninstalling the updates would work so I did and nothing. I even tried factory reset and still nothing.

The phone has a design Flaw, towards the speakers on the rear of phone, it is so exposed that, the moisture can enter the phone easily. Asus, may be it is a flaw on purpose or do may not accept, but it supposedly ruins the mic. On approaching for warranty request, they deny and warrant it as a liquid damage.
I have noticed this issue on most of zenfone's

What I don't understand is, my co-worker's zenfone 2 laser do not have that problem and we are using the same wi-fi at work. Can this be a manufacturer defect?

Have 2 issues with a recently bought zenfone 2 laser. One. how do I unblock a certain website? and two, why am I experiencing delays and disgruntled sound when watching videos on youtube or anywhere using any browser (Only happens when I use a browser, I have no issues using the youtube app itself). I have 3 phones, a samsung, iphone and this is the third I recently tried. This is my first experience with ASUS. I've been using the phone for 3 days now and the only issue is the delayed response and the sounds it produce on a browser. Today, i decided to update all the pre-installed apps then when I went back to visit some manga sites as I did three days ago, it no longer recognize the website as if they were shut down permanently. After these update some sites no longer works and I still have issues with delayed responses and sounds when watching videos through the phone's browser. I then compared the phone with my workmate's phone (same model) and theirs don't have any issues at all. Please help.

Lost patience and did factory reset yesterday. After the reset message appeared
" E:Error in /adsf/recovery/last_log (Bad File Descriptor)"
This appeared in Wiping Cache and Wiping Data... (Total 4 such errors)
Anything serious ???

After updating to Marshmallow, phone keep restarting when data is on. Very unpredictable restart, can be more than 20 times a day. Sim1 and sim2 is the same, using Digi 4G in Malaysia.
Wifi or not running mobile data, the phone is ok.

some applications are not usefull to too as , eventhough apps are preloaded and made permission to startup
so i am requesting the developmnet team , should the remove unwanted programs and run aT startup .so that we decrease the
chances of getting frequent hanging
note :::: my phone still in warranty , and i never did rooting
