hello raju msc..after marshme.. update its camera is better compare to before?..this is old phone now.its good to buy this?and very confusion between redmi note 3 and this one....can u please suggest?????

the worst phone i have ever seen. I bought it on november 2015 its been 6 months there is a problem in mobile's voice system other people cannot hear me and its charging point stop working suddenly
Is there anyone from the company who can help me out with this problem
because I if no one is going to do any thing then i will take some strict action and will inform consumer forrum about this

When I reset phone it won't use my Wi-Fi connection when opening Google. So I don't have access to Google play store. Is this because of the update to marshmallow? How to fix? Thank you.

press volume down + power on the phione ,
wait for 3seconds, as soons as vibrate gets release both buttons ,
you will see recovery mode , scrool to wipe /data factory reset and press power , to run the process ,
reboot the phone

I have requested many suggestions and complaint , so they solved by updates
or else, will you ready to do hardware reset , its will delete all internal device datas ,
its your own risk

This problem happened when I updated to Marshmallow. While it was Lollipop, there was no problem when turning on the mobile data.

or else , call to customer care from your friend number , whois using the desired simcard , ( you wan to know about Vodafone means , call from your friend Vodafone and ask to technical department for frequency )
before buying a phone , go to the official website and check the desired phone technical specifications an d then buy its good
I did the same thing before buying the phone , I bought on January 24th 2016 , but I searched from last april 2015
