my phone it was 0x0A-0x51-0xB1
and touch screen does not compatible with motherboard or the touch screen is problamatic

... moreas per technical specifications of this phone from te manufacturer , states that ,
in standby ,
1) 1st sim to 4G/3G network and 2nd sim to 2G network or
2) 2nd sim to 4g/3G network and 1st sim to 4G /3G network .
3) If you inserted two sims in phone means ., this phone ask automatically , which sim wants to connect mobile data as default and which sim wants to make a call as default .
4) above settings can be changed as per your request in DUAL SIM CARD SETTINGS .
5) Both sims able to connects 4G with one sim as default as 4G and other as 2G only .

update to latest firmware and then do hardware reset.

Is the standby SIM (second SIM card) on 2G or 3G network?
Now that 2G ceased in my country a number of old DUO SIM phones have this problem... Like i can't set Voice call to SIM 1 & Data to SIM 2. When i swap my SIM 1 network gone. -_-

switch off the phone .
press and hold volume down button and then press power button for 3 seconds, you will hear vibration ,,
release both the button together ,.
android recovery screen will be appear .
USE VOLUME DOWN KEY TO SCROOLK TO WIPECACHE PARTITON and press power , slide to yes , press power button.
reboot system now , press power .
wait for 46 seconds to get normal mode .
