tiboro2007, 25 Jun 2015sorry but no, I have not screen protector...what do you mea... moreBlank/black screen on incoming calls? I found out where is the problem, the Asus calling screen app is wrong. If you turn off/stop this app than the first call is ok, but after this call the app automatically turn on and on the next calls you will have blank/black screen. You can wake up your phone with double tap or with power on/off button...any advice how to resolve this problem?

I'm facing an issue with volume control. When I press the volume down button the vol level sometimes jump intermittently 3 or 4 level at one press. However this does not happen on the volume up button. Please help

[deleted post]sorry but no, I have not screen protector...what do you mean it is the problem with prox. sensor but this is something else. The cell phone is locked, I have a call, the phone is ringing but the screen is totally blank, I do not sew who call me and I can not answer...only the power on/off button is working.

This phone actually has one drawback aside from the battery. It's the camera, which is a slight letdown from Zenfone 5. Indoor photos are noisy if using artificial lighting without flash. But it still unknown yet if firmware update will enhance the camera quality

I just bought it last week and only get to used it for few days after i sent it to technician for the second time in two weeks. It really bothers me when i left the phone turned off and left it charging for 2 hours but the battery life only increased by 5% then i turned it on and after another 2 hours.. it stopped at 65%. Overall. The battery life is well performed and i like most of it. Only the battery dissapoint me.
