I have been using this Zenfone 2 ZE500CL for about 3 weeks. Here are my opionion:
Pros:
- Fast enough to play game: CoC, Hayday, etc
- Wifi easily connect
- Camera OK with filter editing
-Fast charging about 2 hours untill full
Cons:
- Body temperature is hot when watching Youtube, Facebook and play games
- Batery drain fast. It survive only about 12 hours using optimal mode
- Intel atom processor is hot
- In indoensia it is seldom to have 4G in signal. Signal always show H+ (HSDPA Plus)

10 Star phone....
Best ever smartphone have ever used...
Even better than sluggish galaxy s5..
Using from last 15 days..
Plwered with intel 1.6 ghz quad xore processor, great camera, good battery, no leg all, oper how many application you want to use still no leg....
Asus bravo..
Now onwards I will go only for asus...

ars, 16 May 2015I haven't used this fone so far but I am really impressed a... morephone reviewer are being paid to review the phone, dont judge it by reading so called "reviews", hands on it urself then u will know how good/bad the phone is, I personally experience weak WiFi issue compare to other device, return it and exchange for note 4. website review only talk about spec not quality, which is quite misleading

achmad, 24 May 2015so whats the different of this and zenfone 5 ram 2gb, rom 8gb?The only difference between Zenfone 5 and Zenfone 2 ZE500CL is the OS version and LTE support.
ZF5 use Jellybean/Kitkat, ZE500CL use Lollipop and supports LTE.
Other specifications are the same as ZF5

firstly... moreHi Ars, hope you could shine some information on the phone. I've planned to get one for myself, so a hands on experience from you will be nice to have.
If it's not too much to ask, kindly advise me on the following details:
1)I've heard the proximity sensor is buggy, the screen doesn't come alive when you remove the phone from cheek during call. Is this true?
2)How about the display viewing angle, does it grey out when tilted to the side.

cons vs pros of this handset:
firstly it have good camera but not very great like samsung a3 have however its selfie is v.nice.
battery life is not very strong but still enough to survive up to 12hours under normal usage however this problem is balanced by its fast charging mode.

I haven't used this fone so far but I am really impressed after reading different reviews on different website and online unboxing.
The best part of this smartphone is it have 2gb ram mean that u can run heavy games secondly it also have Intel processor which have quite a big edge over a5 or krait 400 or mediatek chipset and I have heard that phone is great in terms of low light photography color production focus and everything is good.
The most exciting for me is it ZenUI which is very responsive and easy.
More surprisingly it comes with lollipop update which vindicates that company is sure that it's smartphone works best at lollipop update and hope they will surely update it bcz after all this is Asus first second gen phone.
Demerits may include battery which is good for some people it might be avg but still better then previous phone.
No NFC and infrared port which r not very essential but still needed for today's competition.plastic body however new smartphones are found with metal or aluminium body.
This surely doesn't proves any biasness in msg and I will surely write after I will purchase it.
