After the recent update, some phantom ghost touches started occuring, like it developed hands of its own.......Needs to be fixed. Spoiling the reputation.

Go to menu. There you can find mobile manager. There you can find "notifications" click it> there you find asus calling screen > select option "allow". The problem will be solved

FOUND THE SOLUTION !!!!
Go To Mobile Manager > 3 dots on top right corner > Unblock > Pencil Icon on top right corner > Select ASUS Calling Screen and delete it...
Voila !!! You have your normal calling screen back.

Hey,
I have an issue here.
when the phone rings the receiving/calling screen doesnt come, rather it just stays to the same page/app where ever i am using it.
to pick the phone i had to press the back icon up till home screen, then click on the calling green icon and then pick the phone.
its a huge hassle .
kindly help.

Didn't have any issues in calling. The battery is being drained quite fast, though. ASUS is not preparing nowadays any upgrades to the new Android OS version (Marshmallow) for this model.
