using this phone almost one month, im surprised asus build this kind of crap, im so disappointed, 1st the battery is worst and 2nd the speaker, its worst than u can imagine, in my country u can get better phone with good battery and speaker just with 25$ its true not joking, speaker sound quality is very very low if u increase the sound it makes noise and buzzes, the battery drains so fast, i recommend do not buy this phone it will be total waist.

pls dont buy asus zenfone ze550ml its very worst in battery..i bought this two months before i faced many problems in this phn better avoid this phone..battery issue,,adapter issue,mother board issue,battery discharging when not using phn,while video playing hanging problem,,cant update the software etc etc etc

Got this phone,less than a month ago..motherboard conks off in week 2..now i had this checked by a local repairer..which voided the warranty...so i knew I would need to pay for any repairs. The ASUS service center then sends me a quote of 12190 INR for the motherboard alone!..I bought the phone for 15000 INR! & ASUS doesn't have spares as they say its a brand new phone....will need to wait for atleast a week.
Think again before you buy is all I can say.

Using this phone...quit good but battery drains very fast. compared with my last phone PANASONIC P81

Do you know what is SAR value? Check Lenovo's Sar value. Good luck using that radioactive waste.

asus zenfone 2 is unusual very heating and do not supporting software updates also. i am facing problems with phone like discharging soon, heating, donot support new software updates and phone is hanging.

No such problems as Zenfone 2 that I bought for my friend. It is fault of Asus, it has released the phone hastily without thorough checking of quality in terms of softwares and synchronisation between software and hardware. Asus will be rejected by the Indian market very soon.

Never trust Asus. I have bought Zenfone 2. It is nearly 1 month and still facing several issues like unusual heating, proximity sensor misbeheaving, one of the dual sims not showing any physical signal on top of the screen. This is so after Flipkart replaced the 1st(defective phone of which one of the sims was not working at all). Even I doubt trustworthiness of Flipkart. They took a dilly-dallying attitude when asked to replace. Now the 2nd new phone is also not flawless.

i also have the same problem. check if your screen guard covers proximity sensor. if it does
remove it.

Love this phone but the only problem is whenever I make a call it went blank and hard for me to hang up a phone call. How to solved this problem?
