Go to Calculator=>type " .12345+= "
you will be entered to SMMI_TEST
Wipe cache partition and factory reset your device

Go to settings => Apps => select the Camera app=>
Force Stop the app => Select Clear Cache and data => uninstall updates=>Restart phone=>reinstall the app.
Go to Calculator=>type " .12345+= "
you will be entered to SMMI_TEST
If you fail this test, you need to go to service center.

Guys, problem with blank screen while having phone calls are brought by your screen guards or tempered glass.. screenguards or tempered glasses often blocks the sensor that cause the problem

Arun, 02 Nov 2015pls do not even consider buying Asus. In simple terms "ITS ... morei really wouldnt be saying negative things about this device just because youre having some problems with it. really need to watch what you say and think about how others will view your opinion.

I just bought this phone around 1500hrs today. Approximately at 2150hrs while
updating the apps my screen just blackout. :((
