Jackson, 20 Sep 2015I'm too facing the same problem.Do you got any solutions?generate developer option by taping on build no. or kenral in about phone and go in storage and click on file usb logo... and select option

I recently bought a Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML for the sole purpose of using for recording walking and jungle tracking.
I downloaded My Track , My Route from Google . But I cannot use the Apps, showing no GPS. Can anybody tell the how to overcome this situation.

I am soo sorry to hear anybody who get problems with their ZF 2. As far as i know, the only solution is to go to asus service center. To be honest, their service is really good in Indonesia. I had my speaker noisy and within 7 days they replaced it right away. Maybe asus only repair the non-customer fault damage. If the accident caused by you, youwill be charged.

I also faced problems after connected to laptop through USB cable, and Service Responsible for warranty and ASUS are explaining me about humidity sensor activated that put the phone out of warranty, in condition when the problem is totally different. Maybe this is normal in Taiwan.

Where is update?common asus its a great device just update it to 5.1 still stuck on 5.0.

when i calling someone with asus zenfone 2 laser screen locks automatically either it is not near the ear.

this phone should get the most likes and it could be played with a playstation3 hand and it has Fifa 15 and asphalt8 modern combat3 and Nova3 and other cool games

1. Contact Asus customer Care by an app itself
2. Replace phone
3. root it, put twrp and flash custom rom
Choice is yours and the answer of your question is no, I haven't experienced that problem
