I fear this day the battery at the back is popping a bit.. it's bloated than it used to
where can I buy or replace the battery?
anybody knows where to replace old battery?! heavy user here hd games/ mobile data. now battery is draining faster than usual and sometimes it shutdowns :(
help. I don't want this disposed I like the unit :(

My ZenFone 2 is just 2 weeks since I got it. However, it DOES NOT display "LTE" signal. Not once. I live in Chicago and have T-MO as my provider. They have LTE bands: 1,2,3,4 & 12 (new for VoLTE and E911). My ZF2 supports LTE bands: 1,2,3,4 locally. Not band 12. With T-MOs tech support, I adjusted the APN settings to optimal T-MO specs. Still, NO LTE signal display. Only 4G. I also adjusted the PREFERRED NETWORK TYPE on my phone but it only supports: 2G, 3F, 3G/4G. No LTE option. I called ASUS Support and was told my phone with BUILD number "WW" is international and according to them 4G is LTE and supports LTE speeds. However, I was told the ZF2 that would display LTE on the screen would be the one with US version ZenFone 2E. So, based on this I believe I am going to return my ZF2. It's almost a perfect phone for me with the exception lacking displaying the LTE signal.

what shall i buy? i need the phones that have NFC, 2gb ram 16gb internal storage, 13mp main camera with flash and 5mp or 8mp front camera. please help me find one but with budget meal price.

Update as often as you can. Update makes your ZF2 BETTER! my battery now have reached 5 hours 15 minutes. For a solid 13 hours. Yeee haw!

Update your Asus Zenphone 2 to teh latest operating system. It has solved majority of the issued that was reported before. Update and use again to see for yourself.

i used both 2gb and 4gb zenfones. i can say that they both are very smooth and swift you cant realise which one 2gb or 4gb its only understandable at the benchmark tests

GayanMJ88, 17 Sep 2015Guys; Can any one say about the performance of zenfone 2... moremy wife lost her Samsung Note 3 with 3 gb ram. And now she use this without any hesitation I think. She is a heavy user . Besides it's design and amoled LCD on Samsung note 3, zenfone 2 ze551ml with 2gb ram is a good phone.

Just reminding you again guys, if you have a problem while playing HD games such as lag or whatever, please switch your zenfone 2 to " performance mode ". You can switch it from the power saver menu, and choose " performance mode ". Sometimes if we encounter problem is not always the device's fault. We have to know our device like we know our medical condition.

I purchased asus symphony 2it is very very third class phone many problems in systems automatically shut down in between communications speed dial not working.If y r thinking to purchase asus phone , never purchase it is better without phone but never with asus phone it is too much worst phone
