Anonymous, 04 Aug 2015I have not experienced any over heating issues with this ph... moreI have the 64gb/4gb variant with wifi/mobile data always on, use whatsapp, one pop3 account configured fetching mails every 15 minutes, moderate calling, texting & listening to music.....battery lasts 1 day........what more you want from a smartfone with this specs.....??

So a new update is coming in few weeks time but its not 5.1.1. I guess they need to fix the current bugs before working on 5.1.1. Wonder what is fixed for this update.

I have not experienced any over heating issues with this phone. No lag issues. However, I have noticed that battery life is quite poor. Even if you do adjustments as to prolong the battery life it is still not good enough. With continuous usage for me I have to charge this every 3-4 hours. Maybe that is why they have the fast charging as you will need to charge this lets say 3 times a day if you keep on using your phone still depends in your usage. I do not have that many applications to drain the battery but it drains really fast. Speaker is not that loud too. Aside from these, over all is great. Hope this helps you decide whether you will get this phone or not. If you're after a good battery life this phone is not for you.

overall good fon, no problem at all except battery power.. & remind you guys that china has got good companies as well as local companies too which sells their product with the highbrand names with cheap rates.. and that cheap-rated highbranded names are exported to india..

Great phone, great performance.
I bought this phone to replace my SGS III. Just because I've already satisfied with ASUS brand for the PC's component. And ASUS didn't fail me, this product is great. The performance and design feel like a premium smartphone.

How's the phone's performance? How's the battery life? Does the phone heat up fast? What about pictures quality? Should I go for Asus Zenfone 2 (4gb ram) or Oppo Find 7a?
