i got this phone yesterday.....screen is good,decent camera..too many pre-loaded applications but thanks to asus we can uninstall them....zen UI is good,lag free performance,animations are good too..but i hate their icon styling.....now the battery....i observed some heating issue while net browsing and at times fast draining....but it charges fasr as well it takes almost 2.30 hr to full charged it.....hope asus will fix battery issues in their next update...overall decent phone with decent price tag...so go for it

Hello every one, sorry to say you might have a bad experience to use Zenfone 2(i call Bugfone 2 ). Every one complain ASUS for their rabies phone. It's true that this is not ASUS failure, this is google Android lollipop create problem. Almost 1 year gone by lollipop in the market dose not effect too much. Every brand get way from it. It use too much storage,ram, as well as power. So google want to introduce a new OS call Android M.
So guys wait for next year for Android M.

Been using this phone for almost a week now. So far, it superb, camera, music, performance, battery, web browsing, all good to me... system apps are always updated using play store.. over all--- the best so far for me....

Hello ladies and gentleman,i need your help.whenever I try to browse playstore it appear background data disabled.so i did the setting and allow background data enabled .but it still appear background data disabled evertime i try to browse playstore....Kindly help.

can anyone confirm if Zenfone 2 noise cancellation using dedicated mic works?
I see there is a second microphone but the specs doesn't confirm it
and if it is for noise cancellation or just stereo audio recording

This 64 bit OS dost not good for 2GB ram version. Up coming 5.1.1 is also same use more storage as well as ram and power but less bugs. I thing the best android OS is 4.0.2 ( Ice Cream Sandwich )

Hi, does anyone here having the same issue as mine as the Battery consumption is really bad...it is depleting very fast. When checked under Battery Settings, it shows that my highest battery consumption is for Android OS at 46% at all the time. So, is that the cause? it shouldn't be at 46% as other Android users like Samsung or Moto only shows up to 3 - 4% max. It sounds pretty scary at 46%. Does anyone have this similar issue? anything can be done?
