I purchased an asus zenfone 2 4gb 32gb variant, the problem i am facing is, when i turned my phone for the first time there was no vibrating feed back while booting, but i did't gave it that importance but latter i found that the vibrator of my phone is not working, when there is a call it won't vibrate even though the phone was in vibrating mode. Is this a software issue or a hardware issue?
I even updated the phone software but its still not working. I was in love with this beauty but i think i will have to return this product as it is faulty.
Then while charging the phone and the charger both gets heated up really high, some time the phone will heat up on its own when i won't be doing anything with it. While using camera it will heat up. The camera portion of the phone heats the most.

There is a serious deficiency in zenfone2, that has never been mentioned in the descriptions...
only after owning the phone, a 2GB-RAM version, i get to know that only one of the two sim slot supports data network services...THE SECOND SIM DOES NOT!! Strangely, on opening the back of the phone, i find 2G wreitten beside the second sim slot. Really puzzling and moreover, disappointing !!

My asus zenfone 2 was pretty good till a week from the purchase. Now it started giving trouble. Its getting restarted on itself several times like apprx 10 times a day. It hangs/ freezes while multitasking (managing conference call, performing 2 or more activities at the same time like music and texting, or music and surfing, texting and surfing)
And overheating problem too.i complained to flipkart and they offered me handset replacement but what if that repeats with the new one too? Please help me out i hate this phone

asus need to invent of his own OS, which is much comfortable of is hardware as well less of bugs .

I just buy zenfone2,I really how it works,the cam are great,..but the only problem is the battery,3000mah is nothing it only last for couple of hours,..if you are heavy fone user,.better dont take this zf2.,just an advice...
