Will not fix it just offered me 50% of sale price.Never again. I have an ASUS flip 17" and it is the best.Seems only to be their Zen2 that is bad.

To enjoy d phone, insert d sim before switchin on, fo to factory settin with d phone inside. D phone is superb.

This is the WORST phone I have ever had in my life. Neither of the sim cards slots work. The screen randomly glitches and WON'T stop until I throw it in the ground. I've had two of these shi**y phones within 2 or 3 months of each other. Never again will I use this brand out this phone. ASUS IS THE F***ING WORSE!!!!!! I'D GIVE 0 STARS.

This is a great phone, I've had it since January 2016, the only issue is that for t-mobile it lacks band 12, so you will not get LTE in a lot of places, you will get 4G mostly all the time, but if you like streaming videos a lot, than is not recommended for t-mobile, you should have no issues on at&t, the software is very useful, a lot of people complain not upgrading to android 6, but to be honest, Asus does a lot of updates to keep the phone in top performance.

I used this phone 13 month
Sim slote not working after few days of repairing....
Sim 1 have very poor network...
Automatic switch off and automatically run apps...
In 13 month 8 time visit phone in customer care..

Worst smartphone I've had. The sim slot is faulty and the micro some slips out 2 x a day. Asus will repair but it will take 2 months after I send them my phone to send it back. Look up this problem it is very common to this phone. This phone also "buttdials" all the time. It never locks. All of a sudden my phone starts playing music or calling the emergency dial. Wtf??? Apple never did this.

camera recording sensor is not best (zoomed on recording, quality is terrible while recording) , screen started to having ghost touch after the warranty is out, plus still stuck on lollipop, I would consider that is not a big problem but this is not a real budget phone, so I won't recommend this phone anymore
