AnonD-56452, 19 Apr 2015In India, they may make the phone available to buy a little... moreI would think that the official asus store would have stock available before or at least as fast as flipkart or any other official stockist - this has not happened in France because ASUS TAIWAN cannot produce enough phones for the demand and they will not be shipping to Indian clients before the ones that paid 3 weeks ago in France and have still not received their phones and have now been told that if they placed the order after the 10 April they will not get the phone before the 10 May and it could take until the end of May to be delivered !!!! As i said before good luck and you will need it :-)

Jazzhut, 19 Apr 2015In India this problem may not be faced because Asus zenfone... moreGood luck with that - it said available on the official asus site in france and even the people who ordered on the same evening as the launch 30 March have still not received their phones - if they have run out of stock fro france and cannot fulfil orders yet from 3 weeks ago you will have the same issues in India guaranteed :-(

Loads of comments on here about various features of the phone in particular negative ones about the camera and battery life - i have seen loads of reviews some say great some say not so great and then lots of throw away comments from people who do not even own the phone yet !
I am waiting for mine to arrive and when i have it i will give a very honest, practical and easy to understand review about all the main features that people use on a daily basis !
For now i will say that out of all the reviews i have read there are only 2 that i trust from previous experience of these people -
The battery - the reviewer said that he did not have to recharge the phone for over 24 hours and he classes himself as a fairly high end user (he did also say that anyone can make any phone run out of charge fast by continuous game play or other high battery draining applications but this is not typical everyday usage for a mobile phone and a true test should be based on using the phone as you would do normally)
The camera - 1st off you can take bad photos with a 2000€ digital high end slr camera so i am sure that if you are one of those people that just cant take a decent picture then nothing is going to change that with the Zenfone 2 -
ASUS made a big thing about the camera and pixel master software at all the pre launch events with live demos and do it yourself demos and all the results i saw were positive v's much more expensive phones.....
But based on a review that i have seen by a professional photographer that tests lots of different mobiles and is usually spot on with his tests - i would say that the photos are exceptional from both the front and rear camera even blown up on a 80" hdtv screen.....
So in conclusion i would say do not believe all that you read and until you have tried it your self do not comment as its misleading to others - if you are worried about any of the features wait until a friend buys it first and try his before you buy your own :-)

what is the deffirence between IPS display of Asus and AMOLED on Samsung Galaxydevice ? May In my opinion I think that IPS display will get more the energy than the other, how can I book them from Vietnamese ? Many Thanks :)

The official France launch was on the 30 March and even the people who ordered and paid for their phones direct from ASUS store on that night are still waiting for delivery of their phones (yes thats correct no one has had the Zenfone2 yet) !
It is anticipated that people that ordered their phones before the 10 April will receive them before or on the 10 May and people who ordered their phones after the 10 April will receive their phones between the 11 May and the end of May !
This is obviously due to supply issues from the factory in Taiwan so i would expect that India will experience exactly the same issues because they have to catch up with the orders that are not fulfilled in France prior to releasing any phones for the launch in India !
My best guess is that any pre orders made on the launch in India in 5 days time will be despatched to clients around the 23 May - the end of June based on the French disaster !

They said that there is two types , one is regular and other is secure option inbuilt given option in zenfone 2...that is you can secure your mails, photos, videos anything securing with another type of lock(swipe pattern, pin)...is it available in 2gb ram mobile??
