Already facing a lot of issues with the phone, barely been 7 months since I bought it. 2 GB ram.. not more than 700 MB is available to the user.Have to continuosly clear Ram. USELESS preloaded apps. Please consider other options if your looking to buy the ZenFone 2 ze551ml 2GB model.

Everythings work well and if you follow the official forum, you will see that the 6.0 version will be soon ready. But one true thing, it's a little bit sad to get the new version so late.

I bought a zenfone 2. It was cheap and you get what you pay for. I was promissed Android 6 update. So far it didn't happen and I don't think it will happen. I will not buy any other Asus devise. Some of it is my own fault. I should have done my research more careful. Well my zenfone 2 is probably one of the first once sold in USA. Maybe I should wait a little longer and see what other people have to say about it. About the customer service, about the Battery life, or about the company in general. Am I going to buy another Asus product? NO.

13 months into this phone I'm giving up on it. Biggest issue, The touch screen barely works in the upper third. Other pitfalls: it gets way too hot in the summer, battery life is pitiful, and the included apps are unnecessary plus invasive, and the buttons are unergonomic for my hands. Sorry Asus, my wife still has a Zen Phone, but that will be the last product we get from you.

Worst phone ever. I got i hopes for this phone. I got battery problem in just 10 months of using it and asus support is so bad that they can't even fix the problem. I already gave them my phone for almost 2 months but when i came back and follow up for my phone, thats the only time they are really trying to fix it. I also paid for the battery becasuse the battery warranty is only for 6 months. Even if the battery is already replaced I'm still experiencing the same problem. Dont buy this phone. This is a waste of money.

The network signal is very very very very very poor ,sometimes mobile network goes 0,what can I do ?

I see a lot of people complaining about bloatware and zenui. Zenui improved a lot. Much faster than nova. Just install zen marshmallow theme and you'll get a stock android speed. I'm not kidding. It's like a brand new phone. Also activate the developer options and change the animation duration scale.
