for all the zenfone 2 users who are plaining to get the zenfone 3 ..please dont because the processer powering the zenfone 3 is a midrange sd600 series processer which dissapointing compared to other better devices around the same or cheaper like the mi5 ,oneplus 3 that have a flagship chipset....the only thing better with the zenfone 3 is maybe the camera but the rest a pretty much the same

I have this phone since January 2016 and all I can say is this phone worths buying ! why ? well, because it's good at that price, not to mention I got the android 6.0.1 beta wich is much more stable than android 5.0, the single problem is at the proximity sensor wich is faulty, you have to wait a bit to disable so the screen turns on during a call, anyway, it's just a beta , this problem will get fixed for sure ! 45k in antutu with my 1.8 ghz quad and 4 gb ram model [special model, z00ad] on android 5.0 now I got 58k , well, it's awesome and the games run much more smoother and better, overall performance is better, the phone is faster, the battery is kinda the same but overall is better ! Things bad about this phone, the battery cover wich cracks pretty bad if you remove it more than 20 times, mine cracked in 2 places, near the jack connector and near the top right corner, the glass is not so scratch resistant , mine scratched in my pocket and I always keep it with the screen facing the inside, not outside , another bad thing is that knock knock to turn on the screen, sometimes it gets on in your pocket and starts doing funny things like calling the police or your grandmother.... anyway, it's a nice phone !

This Zenfone 2 is on my list with Zenfone Max. Having tough time choosing between the two.
Any issues with battery life? Seems this one has lower battery life and higher resolution meaning this would consume battery charge faster than Max even with 5000mAh.
How about Corning Gorilla Glass 3? Any issues? I read some issues with Corning Gorilla Glass 4 but not really sure if it was from legit user.

Anonymous, 15 Jun 2016Best phone under 300$, i bough mine (2gb version) used for ... morethe 6gb ram is the Deluxe version priced at 499 USD. The normal version got 3-4 gb ram priced at 259 USD.
I plan to get the Deluxe 4gb version, the 6gb ram seem to be too much for me.
They will probably released in August for my country... 2 months to go XD

Best phone under 300$, i bough mine (2gb version) used for 200$ ! i dare you find another phone with the same specs at this price. 10/10 . also zenfone 3 is coming out soon which has 6 gb ram. you can buy that one for 350$ when it comes out.

Anonymous, 10 Jun 2016got problem with this phone. really love its features but h... moremy friend it needs to have the battery remove for 5-10 secs, then needs to be put back in and it'll work.
just like on a regular phone that has a battery that can be removed.
though, this needs to be unscrewed :D
