Vivek, 19 Apr 2016My phone also same problem :(My phone also had the same problem.. I stated using single sim now.. and now I don't get that problem anymore.. also if any system update remains pending this phone behaves abnormal,so I suggest you to update system ASAP

Please dont buy ASUS Zenfone Products all not reliable. I had bought hardly six months started Malfunctioning and SIM1 slot dead unavailable. Sent for repair also the support really sucks. They do not cooperate properly. I hate ASUS product. Best is Samsung and Apple products.

I want to ask my phone Asus Zenfone 2 ( ze551ml 4gb ram 32GB ) support fast charging until in 60 % only , after that doesnt support , before this in 70 % also support fast charging and now does not support , does anybody happen like me ?

everything is better than expected, the cam, and core as well as multitasking performance is extraordinary and the features are really good and reliable.I bet you cannot find a better phone than this at this price range
cons: -- the battery is faulty in most asus zenfone 2's out there, but if you can find a non-faulty asus phone, then welcome to heaven.
-- too much bloatware.(too much apps which i personally find useless)anyway you can flash a custom ROM to get rid of 'em(if you can burn the warranty to ashes).
conclusion: this phone is one of the best phones for this price range and ASUS has done a really good job here.

1. When battery is empty, needs 10 minutes to charge before turning on
2. Calls on sim2 cause display to freeze

But at my ... moreI have the same issue with my zenfone 2, it started with some thin hairline then all of a sudden almost 3/4 of my screen isnt responding anymore.when the phone is hot, the screen will go back to normal, but most of the time, its useless. For an 18,000 php phone, i dont think this is good enough.

it seems like your Battery need to be replaced by a new one.
i have some problem also in my Zenfone 6.
i change the battery and phone work normally.

Please tell me, my phone doesn't detect the sim( both Sims )
