how can i disable the fast charging. its getting my phone very hot. is there any problem with fast charging.

Ive activated the fast charging unfortunately, how can i turn it off. its getting very hot when i am charging the phone. please help immediately

My Review is strictly price relative.
Plus Points:
1. Good CPU GPU performance.
2. Good screen resolution.
3. 4GB Ram, easy to handle 10+ apps simultaneously without force close.
4. 4G LTE.
5. Good camera features, acceptable picture quality (not bad, but not sthg to brag).
6. Fast Charging.
7. Good Music reproduction.
Minus Points:
1. Heavy!
2. Second slot cant do no internet.
3. Slightly under standard battery life. (heavy users need to charge twice a day, normal user can go 16 hours, no problem)
4. There is no sim toolkit for sim 2, which is quite annoying.

I recently bought this Zenfone 2 , 4 GB Ram & 32 GB HD, bit disappointed as it can't support games such as Clash of Clan supercell from Google play.

This is a cool device, features are good, one thing to be aware is its display it is not the best at the market... it is not about brightness (it is an issue too), the white balance is not good but i can live with this...

Hi everyone
I've been using my Zenfone 2 for about a year (1st smart cellphone )(have the 4gb 64gb storage version). I install a 128 memory card ,even thought it spec say 64gb max.. its works! (196gb i got more storage than my laptop)
I have had all the bios and software upgrades(asus app are fast and smart) and the phone only got better. For the price and features its great. only thing is the intel atom is powerful , it does get warm when it starts to run alot of apps and you can run alot of apps!!! Great screen for video, charges up fast.
I have use of only one hand (girly man hands :P}, had to get a case to get a better grip ,but the design is slim and smart. no complaints just have to be careful.
In my opinion Asus hit a homerun with this phone. if asus need to bring out a successor to this phone. add wireless charging, 4k screen, a little brighter screen in sun light, stereo sound speakers. keep all the other features,even if its a little more I would buy it.
I have compared this phone to even the higher and newer phones out there and I still have some things on my Zenfone 2 that those phones don't and they are still almost double even triple the price, Plus I own this phone out right not thru some expensive contract 2 year plan by the cell provider

gads, 31 Mar 2016Ydid u said that, pls any problem with the phone because ha... moreso far I don't regret of buying it, for me the only con for this is when you use it without any cellphone protective case, it easily slips through your hands because of the texture and shape, but about performance, nothing i can say.. Its all good.. fast good graphics if u game on ur cp and watch videos ...

I bought this phone in singapore from lazada. It was never switched ON even after charging for more than 3 hours. Then i returned this phone to lazada and i got my money back.

sachin 9899950951, 23 Mar 2016i have bought asus zenfone 2 , 2 mobile at 1 time , i have ... moreLOL, it's a feature, screens turn black while on call because there is a sensor where it can detect that there's an object near to it. for example your ear is near on the phone's hearing speaker, it will turn the screen off but the phone is still functioning
