On youtube i know that the phone is in china language. You can change to english but all the apps and gadgets are non english.
You MUST uninstall these stock apps to use another english app. Its hard to uninstall it. Its very hard rooting the phone and making yourself super user. This is a asian phone and i own one of these asian phones. I try framaroot and that fails. Also the boot loader menu is also not ENGLISH and you CANT change the language. Please someone help me to flash the rom because the default PHONE ROM comes in china language packs ONLY. How to change boot loader in english

Heard a lot abt update to 5.1.1 or 6.what is da expected timeline to get upate? Btw is asus actually care abt user demand or this discussion?? K3 note got M(6) UPDATE.I mean come on.

Initially I felt this was a very good phone, I have had it for 10 months now - but I am having a lot of issues charging the phone. I have tried replacement chargers but there is always a problem, it takes a long time to charge, shows 100% but then it doesn't last. I don't know if it is the charging point or what. Difficult to get a satisfactory response from customer service, they want me to put a video of the fault on you tube. Like the phone, but don't think I would buy it again.

I'm very disappointed with my phone Zenfone 2. I bought it for 7 months back and in such a short span of time I'm facing lots of issues with my phone.Display isn't working,Dial is not visible,screen is turning black.Worst experience ever.I'll recommend "DONT BUY ANY ASUS PRODUCT" .

i am using asus zenfone 2 , so far it is good , the camera itself produces high quality of photos..long life battery is the selling point of this phone...

i have bought asus zenfone 2 , 2 mobile at 1 time , i have facing many more issue visited customer care but not resolve issue till now also customer service is pathetic .
issue is :-
Mobile heating issue
battery backup
mobile auto off while on call
mobile switch off on when i increase volume
battery showing ? mark
charging issue
first time i have visited delhi service centre 2nd time i have visited noida service centre yesterday 22nd march 2016 i have collect my phone but still again issue not resolve .
service centre denied to change my phone . both phone have same issue .
again have network slot not working
heating issue
battery backup etc .
so personal suggest you any one dont buy this type of phone , this was 17000 rs phone .
shame on ASUS service quality .

I've been using the zenfone 2 64gb for 8 months now and it's still working good since the first time that I bought it. Every things perfect and I don't have any issue with it, no lags while playing and camera quality is great! And I can say that this is a perfect phone for a great quality with an affordable price! :)

A smart phone with flexible features but the performance is quite fair when playing mini miltitia,real racing 3,max payne.It requires heavy RAM usage even customizing the asus Autostart manager.This is for Asus Zenfone 2 ZE551ML with 2GB RAM

I bought mine solely for gaming purposes and my opinion on this phone is that it lasts 4-6 hours for gaming using wifi or mobile data connection. Not bad I guess. :)

I've been using this phone for three months--at first both slot are working for a dual sim and then the 2nd slot doesn't work now(this is the only reason why i bought this phone over here in Calgary); 2nd issue--my music player just suddenly stopped working prompting me: "Unfortunately, Music has stopped". So my friend told me to use the google music playher instead, but i don't like it much since the one i have in microSD are in folder and all sorted out compare to google player which is cluttery. That happened twice, and what I did i restart to factory setting and the f**k, i lost all my contacts on my sim and i forgot my gmail on my accounts. How unfortunate!!! Anyone experience these situation?? How can I remove bug from this phone to play my favorite song from my sorted player folder? Heeeeelp!
