Terrible.
My ZenFone 6 had the exact same issue, now my ZenFone 2 as well

I was purchased this phone after my S-Note 2 spoiled.
1st Major defect - Cant Charge the phone. After 2 months of usage, i found the phone cant be charged as usual. Only way i can charge is via computer USB after its completely drained off.
2nd - Battery Issue - Asus firmware was suck, drained the battery faster than my old phone. Not even last for my working hours. However, i used to change the OS to CM12. Which is more stable.
3rd - 4gb RAM. It is 4gb ram, but the speed is incredible slow. Quad cant beat Octa at all. I using One Plus X currently.
4th - Too many unwanted pre-installed apps.
5th - Low brightness display. Not much different from minimum to max brightness. It is too dark all the way.
As i have unlock the bootloader (due to battery draining issue). So I lost my warranty. Thus, as my advise. Please keep away from ASUS mobile*. Waste your bucks.

The first reset happen about 2 months ago. The 2nd and 3rd happen 4 weeks ago with only 2 days apart. Anybody knows how to fix this issue?

Great mobile phone with nice features, the only thing I have a problem with the sound which is low and the speaker is in the back of the phone, otherwise no problems.

does the phone heats much in the starting times.....and even very much draining of battery not even lasting for 3 hours .....for the condition of not using it.........pls suggest me the reason either to use the phone or return it to the flipkart...........

Have used this phone for a couple months and no problem whatsoever.
No heating problem, no drained battery, no lag.
Normal battery usage last around 30 hours or so.
Higher usage will last around 18 hours or so :)
Best value phone overall.
For you who have battery problem, try using Asus start manager and disable all app except the important ones.

quite a nice smartphone..have use it for around 1month..the phone overall features is ok..no lagging problem occur..when turn on 3G..the hp will a little bit warmer than without turning on..and the battery drain quite fast when turning 3G..nice UI and have quite many personal asus zen apps for us to explore and experience with

does it have heating problm?? planing to take is as it has 4gb ram. nd wat abt btry service? 3000 mah is quite enough for 5. 5 inch screen to run 1day smoothly. need feedback.
