AnonD-489931, 18 Jan 2016I've had this phone since Aug and thank God I didn't have a... moreU are lucky.. I purchased ASUS ZenFone 2 1.8ghz 2gb ram.. in 22nd december 2015... I faced so many issues.. after 3 days.. I got 2 updates of 20MB each.. I did and my version changed to 2.20.40.160.. after that so many issues I faced like auto restart after using 1and half hour.. everytime I used... so I went to an ASUS service centre.. they did software downgrade and then the version was 2.13. After that I got 2 updates more I did it and faced restarting,hanging and phones calls rejecting .. so I went to ASUS service centre again... I told them all the issues I faced relating to it... they told me to bring my phone on next day .. tomorrow I have to take.. I asked them for replacement.. they denied saying that ASUS provides only 7days replacement...what to do?

Ahmed, 11 Jan 2016are this mobile support Video call ???no video calling , no power back up, no camera clarity everything sucks unnecessarily i paid 23k for this mobile. they mentioned 4gb 64gb ram in 4 gb i am able to use only 1.5 gb no camera clarity at all.

Be careful with the screen!! Its not as durable as advertised, minor bump caused my daugthers zenfone 2 to crack, it's suppose to be gorilla glass but why it broke easily? I am using Samsung and dropped it badly several times still screen is intact, my wife is using iphone same thing have been dropped badly but screen still in one piece. But this Gorilla glass zenfone 2 breaks easily why???

I've had this phone since Aug and thank God I didn't have any of the issues experienced by some customers here, except for having my battery drained after several hours of heavy usage (gaming, browsing, streaming).

this phone is great works fast !
battery hold for 5 hours of screen on if you watching some movies this whole time from your memory.
when your playing in a row 3d game that require internet battery holds about 3:40~4 hours
i done that like 10 times.
for 4 mouth i using zenfone 2 never had any issue with the phone.
the 4G networks works rly fast as expected.
and the hardware for my is just fine i got used to the phone in the first hour or so...
i had samsung galaxy 2 before that.
+ the multi tasking is amazing i almost always have for about 50 apps/tabs open and had no issue or problems.
so if you think about a good phone try look at zenfone 2 its amazing for people like me who need to do something while in bus(about 3-4 hours a day).

i bought zenfone 2 in september i wanted a phone
that i can play with listen music and watch movies while iam in the bus from:
home-college or college-home.
and its about 3-4 hours par day that iam in the bus.
so iam not regretting one bit about my choice to buy zenfone 2!
this fone is wonderfull
the 4G works rly good its fast you can watch series in my case anime via mobile internet without a problem of course if you have 4G.
you always can add more memory like i do and its easy like any other android to add music files from computer to the phone via usb.
when i tried out how much would my battery last till 1-5% from 100 without charge when iam playing games that require internet my battery hold up to 4 hours most likely about 3:40 hours. iam cheaking the time by seeing how much time my screen was displaying.
when i watch movies that are already on my memory my phone lasts about 5 hours or even longer in fact i never ended up without a battery while watching anime/movies
and it can even be enough not to recharge for the second day
its take about 8-9% battery per one episode of length 22-24 mins.
in normal preformence without the battery saving app.
and the fact that your phone not lying to you about the real battery like in LG G3
that you can have 99% battery for the first hour and then its droped down to 10% in 2 hours is also nice!
and of course the battery saving program made by asus is also great and can rly increase your battery life when you need it.

Very good phone, fast, smooth, no lags. Camera is average.
As of battery, it is not so bad, but also not very good.
4GB of RAM makes a totally different Android feeling.
A good screen protector is recommended.

it hangs ragularly i have send my zenfone 2 to its service center once ,came back and it wasnot working properly and no body pick my phone from its service center . pls never buy this phone
