I haven't really seen this phone being officially released.if it was,we would have seen reviews being done on it on youtube and such.all i see are quick hands on reviews.this is just as bad as Asus not officially releasing the Marshmallow update for the Zenfone 2 ZE551ML,which to me is the worst ever...first they say the update is coming in June,now its already mid august.wtfh is Asus doing?!!!

Apart from camera sensor IMX318 (mixed feeling during hands-on try & not convincing 1st impression shown on videos online), 6GB RAM (previews stating unclear of how the phone use such amount of RAM), 256GB ROM & Snapdragon S821 (just a slight bump over S820, not major upgrade); it is not worth paying so much for these features, in my opinion.
The asking price really ruined the thought of buying deluxe. RM2600 & RM3300 is too high for Asus to entice consumer as of now for a premium phone. Considering the fact that S7 edge costs about ~RM3100? & not to mention the upcoming Note 7 ~RM3200; with all the bells & whistle of S7's camera experience & edge screen, Gorilla glass 5, Iris scanner, Quad HD, bigger battery, larger ppi & of course, S-Pen. Such a sad disappointment, Asus. Has it been launched earlier, it would be "new"

I tot Rm2599 is jus the announce price so when it comes to retail price, it will be cheaper. zenfone 3 only cost ard rm1314 but they annouce it as 1599 Taking time factor into consideration, S7 edge was released for quite awhile now so thats why it had reduced to that price. like lgg5 price had dropped roughly ard rm 600 in three months.

In Malaysia, I can get a 1st hand S7 edge original with Samsung Malaysia official warranty starting at RM2399. ZenFone 3 Deluxe cost at RM2599,why I cannot make the comparison?

Yes. Attended the product launch as well. After revealing excellent on-paper specs, they do not comply when trying hands-on at demo area. Tried only deluxe, camera does experience shutter lag for few seconds, even after reducing quality to less than 23megapixel. Super resolution for further images also not impressive
