I bought my zenphone max3 last august 2016 then now its been 2 weeks every time that I will charge my phone it will take " 12 hours before full " then the USB otg is not working also plus the phone is not being recognized when i connect it to my pc.
what to do, really need help :'(

Atique, 21 Apr 2017Is it upgradeable to 7.0?Probably. I found some posts indicating that this phone would get an update to 7.0, and some devices in the family have started to roll it out, but nothing official for the Max specifically yet.
There's also a lineageos port that is not yet official or completely functional, but which will bring 7.x to the device.

i have the update with the power master app. Seems like its not that efficient though. bfore the update my phone can last up to the nxt day with a 12% batt at night with the super saving mode on (mobile manager). However after the update it cant last the next day even if i turn on the super saving mode in the power master app. i observed it for awhile (1wk) put the brightness to minimum silent the phone and it really is like that even with 15% batt. one more thing is that my camera shoots repeatedly even if im not pressing the shutter button (main and secondary). it really is persistent even if i restart my phone. It happened more often than not especially when the phone is heating a little.( never had a great pic last lent bec of this issue) can anyone help specially with the camera issue? or should i bring my phone to the service center?

hi guys, how can i disable the vibrate while answering a call? I already turn it off the vibrate button on call setting but still vibrate when answering/taking a call? thank you!

I'm from Bacolod City Phil.
I've been using this phone for almost a month now. Battery back up is great, in the specs it did not mention it has Quick Charge but when I charge my phone it just takes 2 hours to charge it from 0% to 100% w/ that 4100mah. Its on average when it comes to performance and the camera is great. It takes bright and clear shots although poor in low light shots.
