I have my phone for a half a from now but the battery life is great. There are some days that it easily drained and slow to charge but you don't need to worry because our phone need also to restart so that they can works smoothly.

I bought my phone 2 weeks ago, after the fi... moreI bought my phone a month ago, i had the exact problem but the solution is that if you charge it, wait until the lenght of charging time appears in the lockscreen (it always appear that 8 hrs remaining time if you are below 10%) if it appears unplug the charger then plug it again, the next time that the charging time appears it will be only 2hrs or below itnis effecctive in my case but your charger will heat up so badly

Hey guys, I bought the phone 5 months ago and everything is just fine. Just now, that the battery had a problem. It charge very very slowly when it sleeps (30%/6 hour) and can't charge at all while I'm using it. It only charge normaly when I shut down the phone. I don't thing the battery/charger is the problem because it charges normally when the phone shuts down. The problem could be the android/app system. Any clues about the problem?

Advantages:
Good size if you don't like large phones. It was the main reason I bought it, I was interested in the G4 but it was enormous. This is just large enough for me and comfortable to hold in one hand (though a bit slippery).
Battery life is amazing as promised. I can watch videos, listen to music and surf the web and by the end of the day I still have 40% left. It will be very useful when travelling.
I don't care for games and such but performance is good for my use.
Now, it does have some disadvantages:
Camera quality is very bad, especially indoors. Megapixels don't mean anything when you have such a bad camera. I wish it had a 5 mp camera but with good quality (thinking of a Lumia I had several years ago). Front camera is very bad too. I used to have the Galaxy A3 which was much better than this.
No Gorilla glass means shorter lifespan for the product. Unfortunately, I found out after ordering that it didn't have it, I don't think I would have ordered had I known this. This, paired with the fact this is a lesser known brand, means I can't find a case in my country and I have to order online, leaving my phone unprotected for a while untill it arrives.

I've tried restarting,clearing caches etc. but still he problem exists. Im planning on bringing it to a service center soon.

I'm using a Zenfone 3 max and it's actually good. However, just now, the touchscreen doesn't seem to work anymore. I was able to use it last night but upon waking up to check my mails, the can't use it anymore due to the touchscreen not working. Tried rebooting many time (just by holding the power button), but no good. Anyone who can be of help, please?

this is actually a quite good for those who arent use it for multi-tasking regarding to the low processor performance..but it surely enough for your daily usage
