Just bought my phone yesterday. I was wondering my first charge takes uo too long. Right now, still charging. Charge it up for almost 5 hrs still its 60%. Huhuhu is this normal or should I return it back? I need your response.

I experienced over-heating when Cellular data is enabled, when playing game even your using it for a few minutes and when it is charging. But it easily get back to normal temp when you turn the data off and stop playing game. I am worried that the over heating may cause early depreciation of its hardware and its performance. Should I have it checked with the service center or return it to the seller? Btw it is brand new and been using it for 4 days. Thanks!

Had them bothe they are very close the samsung is more durable & I like it's smaller size. But nether have the allaround top flagship ,do everything great of a galaxy s5 which is now
In That same price range new . That is what I did & got refunds on the samsung j3 applied that to S5 & Grandaughter got the zenfone & dround it already.

I bought yesterday my zenfone 3 max then i charged and it very fast to drain the battery i only used it to message..why like this i thought the batery is good and long lasting..

i formatted this phone and It requires its old sync gmail I puted all my gmail I had there but it keeps saying sign in with owner acc what should I do
