I am an Asus Zenfone Max and 3 Max user. I bought my 3 max last Dec.3,2016, as I observed I don't have any issues in my unit, it's normal when you charge your phone and you still using it, it's getting hot because the phone is Aluminum or its metal design. So if you charge your phone much better,not to use it. There is no Music Player so you can use the Google play music. I don't have any issues in this unit. But be careful of rhe battery because its not removable.

this phone needs a recall...
- camera feature does not work properly and sometimes screen went dark and does not respond. all functions are affected.

Please help me.. My battery drains so fast that full charged last only about 9 hrs... am i buying the wrong phone or there is defect in my battery..?? i would be very thankful if you could suggest me some advice...

Although if it is becoming so hot it hurts to touch, you should take it back. It should be a little more than warm, but not hot.

I bought my phone yesterday and already have issues. It kind of disappointing actually. I'm troubled with its camera,the cam screen turns green, sometimes dark (rear) and when I tried to delete a picture in its cam-gallery, the photo I wantto to delete lags. There are also times that I can't open the camera and says "failed to laugh camera. Restart your phone and try again". Is this a unit defect or can I solve this issue myself.pleasehelp

It happened with me also. The Shopkeeper told me that it happens in all the pieces of this model when you charge it for the first time.
Dont worry it will start working normally 2nd charge onwards.
