Hello I just want to ask why is it that it changes the size of the photo when positoning your phone horizontally while takings shots. It seem like the photo is squeezed. I dunno how to adjust. Could you help me out. Thank you.

Try uninstalling 3rd party messaging ... moreI agree with its touch insensitivity..another problm i notice is that it has low volume, even with headset, i hear low sound..i dnt know if its normal in all Asus zenfonemax3 model or my fone is jst dfective? Anyway, the price is just minimal and its functions and features are worth it, its ok excpt for those iv mentioned..

I simply transfer my data via SD, but it is utterly annoying to open the shared slot for sim and sd though. But it would be generous from asus to find out a solution, because imo we are not the only ones that are having this issue, so maybe a firmware fix or something would be appropriate. Nonetheless it is a solid phone. indeed. Great battery life, price point just right, only the cpu is kind of a bottleneck.

the latest firmware update .33 helped with camera and touch sensitivity issues.. Kudos Asus! at least they're doing something to fix it through this updates. still superb battery life!

I just bought one last Oct 30. I'm not into camera so I don't really care about it. What disappointed me a lot is its touch sensitivity, you have to touch twice or more just to get into your typing which really irritated me. The battery? First I thought it will last even atleast a day but it don't. I purposely put my mobile network into GSM to save battery a lot. I have my wifi on me. The advertisement says it could last up to 18 hours with its wifi on but then from 8am its not even yet 12pm my phone says he need a charge, what the? I'm just using it for messenger and facebook, not even on youtube who eats power a lot. The rest of its feature is good. Actually I haven't explored them all yet. It was just its battery and touch sensitivity that I'm really disappointed. Hope the next release wont't bait anyone like me whose not so techy, believe what is on the advertisement due to trust and wanted only the thing that will fit to it needs.
