Same to my Asus Zenphone 3 max, it is not in good condition, heating, unable to touch screen and totally messed. not worth it to buy at all and my problem also Asus did not accommodate my phone well to fix the error

Waley, 22 Oct 2016 I've been using Zenfone 3 max for approx 2 weeks now. And ... moreHad this problem too. Try uninstalling 3rd party messaging apps like "Textra" or "GoSMS Pro". They might be the problem. Once I uninstalled the app and used the default messaging app, everything went back to normal

I've been using Zenfone 3 max for approx 2 weeks now. And I only discovered recently that I'm not receiving some text messages (some only, because I receive some from time to time). I tried inserting my sim to my old Zenfone 5, and so far, I'm getting the messages sent to me. So I'm guessing 3 max is the problem. BTW, my network is TM. Anyone who you could help? Thanks!
