Anonymous, 03 Sep 2016Here in Philippines worth 8,990. I found out that even if y... morehey im from philippines and i learn many things about cellphone i recommend you, to buy a samsung phone solid performance but the ui that makes it lag and I dont trust chinese (taiwanese) brand like asus, oppo, ,cherry mobile, myphone sometimes they make good phones but it has still many issues not like samsung! i also recommended sony cause doesn't lags, it has quality but nowadays sony don't make good phones like bad battery life and ovepriced but it doesnt lags and if you have more budget you can go with premium phones like iphone the issue is a bad battery life it is not almost the issue because iphone is created with low battery and apple is fashion too because of its design! most of chinese brand dont update os but asus upgrade their os sometimes. samsung also update but if your phone is like j series it updates when their is upcoming new os again like they update j5 in marshmallow when android will release android nougat! im not a fanboy of samsung but i would recommended samsung, Im not using samsung phone but i borrow samsung phone sometimes and it doesnt lag especially if you are using higher and premium specs! So samsung for budget and rich buyers hehe also and Iphone for rich buyers hehehe. Sorry for my english but i know you can understand what i am saying! Chinese phones are cheaper but it will give you stress! or go to samsung and iphone with higher price but solid performance and better camera! chinese makes bad camera like xiaomi but asus is good also thats why many people in philippines buy this like you but I will never trust chinese brand to give you good performance! Anti-Chinese Brands haha peace!

Do not be deceived by the new looks of this phone, I still own ASUS MAX 2016 and it's a living hell for me, it lags heavily (POKEMON GO for instance) and the only thing good about it is the battery. Seeing this phone went to 4100mAh loss it's only value for me since there isn't much of a difference w/ my current phone. Zenfone 5 was way much more better than my Zenfone Max the only issue is the battery, they should have went to 5.0" display, 5000mAh, 3GB RAM, I'm still stuck w/ this phone till they release a better Zenfone Max, I starting to doubt ASUS with this release.

Can anyone please give me insights on this device about the following:

                            1. How's the battery life of this device?
                            2. Does this device support fast charging?
                            3. Does anyone experience any connectivity issues or app crashes on this device?

                            Thanks in advance

I recently bought ASUS Zenfone 3 Max and i found a very irritating issue...

Every application I download via Google Play store on said unit force closes everytime I open them.

Is is an issue with the phone unit or the android firmware version (marshmallow fw 6.0/6.0.1) ?
