I have owned the Zenfone for nine months and love it. Great battery life, good operating system, good speed and connectivity, camera is more than good enough. I think it does as much if not more than the other "flagship" brands, at a quarter of the price.

Hi Please dont go for this phone , Battery showing serious issues couldnt charge fully , Sim slot area side panel is bulged with out any reason , phone is automatically getting restart some times .

Hossain, 17 Sep 2017few days ago i upgrade my asus zenfone 3 max operating syst... moreas far as i know, this phone does not support sd card after updating to nougut, so if you have some apps installed on sd card, it does not display anymore...

got my asus in good condition. But after various software updates (crap updates!), my battery is no longer functioning well, it will take a day or two for it to fully charge. and then, after another update, my phone no longer connects to the internet using my data! I was a tech support before so I know how to troubleshoot phones and it didn't work since its a software issue. damn! please don't offer any more USELESS updates!
PS. my phone is less than a year old

the camera focusing doesn't work well, the Bluetooth connection has problems, when making a call I have to dial on the phone and only then it calls on the Bluetooth.
besides this it work very well.

Mr Anonymous, 26 Sep 2017Reset your mobile and the issue will be resolved. Resetting the phone will do nothing to fix the problem but will erase everything on the phone. Basically the phone is broken now, thanks to another "update" from Asus.

Don't buy these Asus phones as they just give you crappy updates. At first I was a pro ASUS but now, after they released an update that brick your phones performance and refuse to install stock OS, I now hate Asus products.

I accidentally clicked on the update button on my phone and since then my hotspot is not working.It shows 'on' on the phone but the connecting devices like my HP laptop, iPad and my iPhone cannot even see the network.Is there anyway to correct this or alternatively can I go back to the original version of software where the hot spot was working.Please, this is very urgent because I take online classes and without my hotspot I will not be able to do that anymore.Thanks in advance.
