what is the point of upgrading such variants if it will only give adverse problem to the user? Too many models to choose from, but the problems keeps on repeating every model they produces.

Just bought it about a month and the issue I encountered is the missing microSD card(64GB) after some time. Need to reboot the device to restore access in the microSD card. Need solution to this. Are there any solution to this issue? Answers will be much appreciated. Thanks.

Just bought this phone and after only one night of using, the phone got bootloop in the morning. I went to the service center and they give me suggestion to return the phone to the store and ask for a unit replacement. The replacement process went well with no fuss. But I was already dissapointed with this phone. Now I'm selling it in brand new out of the box condition. As a first time Asus user I feel really dissapointed. Loves their notebook but not their smartphone. My previous phone like Oppo A37 and Galaxy J5 2015, a lot cheaper smartphone went along well without any technical problems.

DISAPPOINTED, 24 Jan 2017I owned Asus zenfone Selfie before and I am so satisfied wi... moreSame. Mobile signal is the worst. I bought my unit 3 days ago. On the first day, I couldn't connect a call. I know I have no network problem bec my samsung tablet is just fine. Then it lags on even the simplest games and social media. I don't have any problems with my network bec my other devices are working well. Zen 3max is pretty, but sucks with mobile network signal.

Hi! I would like to ask what's wrong w/ the unit when there is no data connection but data indicator is flashing on and off. I tried to switch to 4G, 3G and 2G but same thing happens. I just purchase my unit last month and this was my first time to encounter this. Thanks.
