This phone gives me headaches.. its restarting/rebooting when i send text messages its so annoying and frustrating. I bought it 2 weeks ago but problems came 2 days ago. Maybe many asus handsets are defective. Not gonna buy asus anymore i'll just go back with Samsung which is truly better

I owned Asus zenfone Selfie before and I am so satisfied with the phone battery is just 3000mAh but its okay , I sell it and upgraded to Asus Zenfone 3 Max 5.5 and added a money to fulfill the amount for it. I purchased it. its okay even without having front flash because the camera is good, BUT I am experiencing no signal bars and it will take long minutes before I successfully send the message, delayed messages most of the time. I observed it for 4 days now. its not the about the area because my zenfone selfie before is working good. I am aware if its a problem with the service of network or if its a problem on the device itself because I am working with International USA Telco Company. I love the phone, I want this that's why I bought this. just help me how I can boost my signal and how I can prevent waiting so long to send a message and receiving delayed message at the same time. Please help me for some resolution??? its always giving me a bad day

I just bought it 5 days ago. But the battery drains fast. Im a moderate user but after hours of texting calling browsing and gaming the battery drains fast. Im dissapointed and im going to buy lenovo P2 which ithink is much better

It seemed that the most recent firmware update for zc553kl made the battery drain fast compared to when I first bought it and hasn't gone through updating the system. I hope asus can fix this right away. I learned that the last firmware patch has been recalled probably due many issues and complaints mainly about the battery draining fast. Tsk.

I purchased asus zenfone max 3 ZC553KL last 3 days ago in SM BACOLOD and I am very happy with my new phone. The battery is good as well as the camera. I played a lot of games on my phone but the battery is not easily drained. wooooohooo... I am very satisfied for buying the phone.

In terms of network coverage.. This fone sucks. Can't even use mobile data at home..but whenever I insert my Sim in my Samsung fones, network signal has 3 bars! So disappointed. Got mine for 11995php!
