I bought this phone last year before Christmas.i think this phone is not 4gb ram ithink its about 3gb only the phone is good for photography but.i think it fast the battery drained.

new asus user, 03 Jan 2017i bought this phone few days ago, just now, i tried to empt... moreall batteries heats up when being charged. since the battery on this phone is big, it takes more time to charge, thus the heat. if you want to minimize the heat, try using a charger with lower amps. it takes longer to charge but it minimizes the heat, which also reduces damage to the battery.

No one yet sells tempered glass for this model as the side of this phone is like s7 edge (curved) nothing fits this model.

i bought this phone few days ago, just now, i tried to empty the battery and charge it to measure hours to full (0-100). im charging it while its off, and i noticed that the phone was hot and the charger too,, is this normal??? i need some answers, as a new zenfone user.

Anonymous, 30 Dec 2016Hi. Where did you buy your phone? Same thing happened to mine. It fell about 6cm from my bag to a safe my bag was on, and cracked. Asus doesn't cover cracked displays under their warranty. Horrible durability! I have already made my feelings clear to Asus!

Anonymous, 01 Jan 2017when this phone will available in malaysia? and how much t... moreGreat phone, except for display. No Gorilla Glass on this model. Very, very, very easy to crack Glass on screen. If you buy, I recommend immediate Tempered Glass install. Some stores will include with purchase.
