It's worked like other phones. Maybe your phone was fake china phone or clone or you does not own this phone. From Zenfone 3 Max and Zenfone 4 Max user.

Useless model for taking selfies using a monopod/selfie stick. Any kind of selfie stick won't work with this model, regardless if you use the phone's internal camera app or any other camera app.

AnonD-701690, 20 Sep 2017After software upgrade to nougat 7.1.1 my Lte 4g 3g 2g mobi... moreTry turning the power off (not restart). Then go to setting > more > Cel Net > Net Operator > tap Choose automatically. Select your operator. It will then register. Hope this helps.

I'm thinking buy this phone. It's a good idea ??? I've seen some problems about software.
I'm between Moto G5 and Zenfone 3 Max ZC553KL, BUT, if i buy MOTO G5, i won't have this wonderful Zenfone battery.
What should i choose ???

I've update my cellphone last week, instant update! But after the update i cant sent a message if i turned on the data and also i cant receive a message , then if i turned off the data I need to turned off my cellphone first, please resolve this early

Don't buy this phone. Hassle signal reception. My texts always send late to my recipients and when making phone calls signal always drops.
