a friend of mine actually remove that white line he said, he also said its not from the hardware but from a software just forgot to ask what it is...

hye there..can somebody post the picture of the so called white line that made the issue. i restrained myself from buying this smartphone after read everyone complaint.

Heyyy, Here in Cebu, Philippines, so i bought the pre-order last 04/25/2017 worth 23,500++, w/ JBL clip 2, tripod, 2 zenear, 1 extra phone to pc/charger cord. no type C otg, android version is still marshmallow.
I have read that there is a white Line showing below the screen after few weeks???? well no white lines here yet.. I still need more testing, Im watching 13 reasons why and it is lagging.. i dunno maybe the app has problems im using MX player.

After one week used, found that line. I thought my wife has drop the phone. Go to service centre, and they repaired the screen. After one week used again, the line appear again. Just realise after 100% charging the phone. This week, want to go to the service centre again. Hope can fix the problem or just change a new device. First time used this brand, what the bad luck i had choose

This do not have any bad quality, aside from unexpected white lines and even ASUS does not expect that.
Phone is 100% good on any aspect.

Hi, I understand it is a bad quality product, and even the G5 plus has the same camera, so will never be release to more high requirements markets like USA or Europe, they dotn even meet the normal requirements to sell this phone on this markets, is it true?

I bought this Asus zenphone 3 zoom from Philippines, I read one of the comment that they see a white line somewhere below the phone, but for my Phone there is NO white line issue.
I tested the phone:
The UI of Asus zenphone is new for me (former Samsung user), it's ok for me for the mid range phone
The games performance was awesome, No lag ( If you have a phone like this better suggest to off MAGNIFICATION GESTURES, why? bec. thsi gesture allowed to zoom in when you pinch two or more
The CAMERA was ok for me its like a manual DSLR, but you can take a AUTO if you want.
The BATTERY, this is one of most intrigues for me 5000MAH ( For me I try to Play a game, watch a movie HD, call , internet YOUTUBE and etc, It's run 2 days or 1 day and half.
The only I miss on samsung is a multi task, to minimizes or the make two different use
I hope Asus make this.
Why I buy this phone?
before I buy I choose 2 mobile Phone, Samsung A7 2017 or ASUS Zenphone 3 zoom
but I choose Asus to feel the different phone....
and I would like to test the durability of this phone ehehehe...

i wont to know why in indonesia protec on this display must corning gorilla glass 3 if this news true it's a bad news for me
