I bought zenfone4 one month ago.Maximum Batery life 3 hours only. It drain so fast although I doesn't use it. The temperature is abnormal, so hot.
I go back to the centre that I bought, they help me format. After that , same problem cameout again.
It became normal after I take out the 8gb memory card .

This is fantastic smart phone for me ! I just bought it 1week before! And I just realized that most of you recommend that there have 2 battery inside the box, but I can't find the spare battery, after the sales person assembly the battery and return the box to me!

I have been using this phone for 1 month. Everything is going fine except 2 big problems which are:
1, The microphone doesn't have noise cancellation function. It's so sensitive that your friends can hear the sound 50 metres away from you when they're talking with you.
2, The battery itself really is a minus that's why Asus gives you 2 removable batteries in box. But I have to use 1 more portable charger for the convenience.

My asus zenfone have a problem the battery a weak n low when i playing games or internet it show 50% more but it shut down it self n when i open again after 5min it shut down again what is the problem anyone help me...

Should I use upgrade my zenfone 4 to android 4.4 kitkat? Because I afraid some problems will get when after upgrade...

I believe Zenfone 4 has the same issue as Zenfone 5 so this same solution should help. Asus Malaysia has put a solution to remove FaceBook app version 11 and reinstall version 10 on their FB page:

Alternatively, there has been a new firmware posted around a week ago, which resolves this issue.

Choose "Other" operating system for the firmware download. Application to update it can be downloaded from the selection after choosing your OS.

Basically this phone is just great with the very reasonable price. So far no problem after the software update... Battery capacity might be small but thats where the option of the battery smart saving apps come in handy.. With some adjustment u can get the maximum out of it.. Yes, it comes with two battery for our emergency but it might be a little fussy to change the phone as we need to open up the rear cover.. thumbs up for asus for coming up with the the zenfone. in terms of performance really amazing with the price paid for it.. A really good job done by ASUS!!!!
