Hi
I have brought asus zendone 5 a501cg with 16gb inbuilt memory and ram 2gb also 1.6 ghz intel dual core processor. The phone is awesome picture clarity is superb no hanging problem at all but the most common problem is battery life only 8 to 10 hours battery using 2g network internet continuesly.

I am using zenfone 5 16 GB, I am fed up of this phone because it hangs frequently after restart it again hags just after few minutes. I have also done factory reset may time but after few days it again starts behaving same. I have talked to customer care many times and used what solutions they given but no value after some days it again in same condition. camera is also very poor battery drains very fast and charging time is more than 4 hours. Pls give solution if any body have.

I have a problem that I cant see on the net ... Every time that I turn off or restart the device I get a dark gray screen then turns into a light gray screen with small black lines ... I must reset the phone many times b4 i could get it to work .... Please Help ME !!!!

I try installing clean master on my phone 2days later my external speaker is not working properly as it is very very low volume like your internal speaker only. All from loudspeaker is also not working. I already tried to reset factory settings but still the same problem. hmm what the he'll happen...

If so, it will conflicting with asus own voice recorder app causing this problem. To fix it try uninstall that app, reboot. if still not working then factory reset, update asus voice recorder, calling ui, zen ui service. Test it first. Don't update other app. If it worked then update all asus zen ui apps then Google apps.

guys,, my asus zenfone5 could not connect with pc for data transfer... usb debugging enabled. pc link also installed in my pc.. but micro usb data traveller detecting in my phone..
