Well, I've used ZenFone 6 and I think if you're phone's battery drains fast then I have a recommendation:
1. Use Greenify to save battery and improve performance.
2. Never use battery saver apps, they just make your battery life getting worse.
Well that's my experience, before I used battery saving apps, my battery life was really good, after I installed a battery saver app it's getting worse, and after I uninstalled the app my battery life was getting better but can't be as the time before I installed the battery saver apps.
Well maybe you can try it! :)

asus zenfone 5-501 cg charcoal black. looking to specifications and comparing to prize, it is far better then other branded high cost mobile phones. i m having amazing experience with this one. not a single problem at all. beyond expectations. thanks.....

With the price performance ratio.. it's good phone.
One should not expect performance like Rs.15000 above phone even having almost same hardware.

I think batery is not really good...for the first time i use its okay but after one month i have to charge twice for one day

It's not plug and play but it is more secure since u have to scan a bar code on your pc to get the app to link together. Security wise.

Camera is outstanding... if u buy this mob u r not gonna know what lagging is... Powerful performance with 2gb ram and hyperthreading dual core processor.. Gaming experience nothing like before.. ZEN USER INTERFACE is Awesome... Just go 4 it... :-)

Hey zenfone.5 comes in both 1 gb and 2gb variants. 2 gb is available at 10000. Go for 2 gb.

Dear All, Im using Asus zenfone 5 (2GB ram, 1.6Ghz variant) since 2 months. Im able to get 1.5days of battery backup on 3G network,lots of calls & Above average whats app, emails & browsing. This can be achieved by disabling all Google apps ( Google+, play music,play games,play books etc except play store)
Then Im using Greenify app to Hibernate unused apps. I love my zenfone 5 & really Intel chipset is awesome interms of performance & efficiency.
My phone is not rooted.
