I got this phone and I'm using it for 4 days now. All things are good except for it's battery's performance. It drains so fast especially when you are using a lot of applications. Well, it's has HD screen resolution so, I have no doubt and I understand why the battery can't last that long. I think, use of powerbank will help. For me, it's all about the battery. That's all! No complaint! Guys, please don't compare this to Z3 of Sony or what so ever! They're expensive compare to this. If you are rich and you can afford buying those kind of stuff then go for it and not to go to this one. But I prefer this phone because it's affordable. Thumbs up for this.

Dear Friends,
i also faced the issue with battery (3Hrs standby), after done the hardware reset of my ZF5, now battery life is good,you can all try the steps as i attaced the link.

For a frnd I won't recommend it battery isn't good cam is not good enough

uhm??? its more good for the battery to charge 80% than 100% its last long 100% drain fast test it for a week charge ur ZF5 for 80% only...its more effective

i just dont like the battery life, i dont get to enjoy the fone too much because the battery tends to go low very fast

Dear All,
I got a Zenfone 5 in last October (During Deewali festival) -for the reviews highlighted as one of the best smart phone under 10000, after waiting for a long time in order to switch to a Smart Phone. It is not that Smart when i examine the performance of the phone. It shows a series of problems after 1 month of purchase. some times the phone jumbs to the audio jack mode so i cannot talk/ call anyone without head set, in the normal way. The another problem is that it plays songs automatically (though stopped) and which lose the battery back also. whenever the audio jack has pinned or removed to the set either this will jumb to media player or to google voice. In a nut shell this phone performed well only in the reviews given and showing complaints every time. Really bad performance at least in my case.

I’m using ZF5 JB version, I have received KK update, shall i install? If I install it will utilize more internal space? Battery conception will utilize more?
