My friend just got this phone 15 days ago...it was on 4.3 , it showed the phone is up to date ,he was also waiting for 4.4 KitKat update...he went to service center , they suggested that to manually update or wait for some days , it will come automatically...!
15 days after buying the phone the KitKat update came...so i suggest you to wait for 15-20 days...it will automatically notify you...!

I an using this phone for last 1 week and quite satisfied with its performance but the camera quality is bit dissapointing or might be I am having this problem due to some camera settings. Actually the pictures are not cristal clear, it is lil bit hazy.. Is anyone having the same problem?? If yes, then how can i get the solution, can anyone please help me out?? Thank you in advance.

Hi All. I just bought the Zenphone 5 today as a gift for my GF. How do I upgrade it to Kitkat? When I go to system its says up to date but its still on Android 4.3. Am an ios user hence am not too familiar with Android. I'm from the Philippines btw, if that makes any difference on how to update. I'd really appreciate the help.

Hey i am using this phone for the last 3 months...now.the battery s too bad..the phone is not.consuming the charge..how can i get rid of from this problem????

Asus zenfone 5 16gb .is now facing problems within 1 month .access heating while using apps ,camera, internet and games also.its too bad.after updating kit Kat also.I hate this model.

Its not good device, lots of drawbaks, battery life is too poor, music volume is low, and one more thing photo quality is too bad, as its 8 mp camera but it doest look like we took photo from 8 mp mobile, its blur. dont buy this mobile.

It works great. A great gadget in this budget.i updated kit kat via 3g.
Only one drawback is that battery drains super fast. For that we can manage by getting a power bank.
Totally an amazing gadget. I love it. 😍
