latest version in play store is not working download older version 2.6.2 from other site and install that then it will ask to download about 381 MB of data and then it was working. One thing it will ask to download some small amount of data at different sections so be ready with data or Wifi for keeping the game running. Please don't update to latest version until they fix it for this phone.

If yes, then I would like to know what is... moreHi, Yes I am form India and I was also confused about taking the KITKAT updated on Zenfone5 or not as the videos show that it will have issues. I took the risk trusting ASUS. Only thing happened was that Google Keyboard which I was using as default did not work, which was not a big deal. Go to tools set ASUS Keyboard as default input and you will be good to go... All The best... :)

The replacement that I got too has call quality issues. No call drops but the call clarity is bad. Its difficult to understand what the other person is saying. Sometime there is cracking noise.
I m using a 4year old docomo sim cut. into a microsim... can this be the cause? This sim is working perfectly fine with my htc wildfire. But when I put it in my zf5, the voice clarity becomes bad. I never keep my volume full.
Is this design fault with the product? or can there be any other reason.
Can anybody help me out please?
I had always thought that Asus provides quality products.

From when we update software KK in my asus zen phone 5,the contact profile photo is to tarnish (Hazy)in back ground at the time of calling.Before updation kK it was ok.Reset factory satting is done.But no change, Problem is stell there. Kindly reply in my mail sanjeevjcb@gmail.com.

being a best user interface, this mobile which ive been using for past one month litrelly pissed cos its online game connecting time and its booting very very very very sloowwowowowowly...which i found much qicker qith my old XOLOQ800
camera and its clarity good and have numerous options for taking a picture...but what is the use of having great camera options with useless battery, it drains in 45mins maximum ive to charge again fully while im in tour..
ASUS zenfone5 im sorry to say its not the phone for guys and online gaming frenzies....

now real racing 3 is working fine now and its rendering all the details including the rear view mirror details as well and its really smooth with no lags as of now.

How coul... moreAccording to the thread I've read, Kitkat is the one automatically manages the RAM on the other hand, JB did it manually. Kitkat is maximizing the phone's potential with its RAM being more occupied to provide multitasking. I don't know specifically is your problem but hope this would help.

2- Apps with widgets by default instals in to internal memory unless you change settings
3- You can take screen shots easily by assigning recent app key
4- Did your intex iball and others provided online chat customer service support? Use feedback app and zentalk site for your querries. Hope your favorite brand provided such simplicity.
5- Call recordings are saved with number or the name of the person stored in your contacts.
I think you only used intex iball kind of phones so you don't know all features of this phone. Explore it.

i received zenfone 5 8gb on 14th nov 2014
phone is excellent designed + gorilla glass 3 ir gr8
lookwise it's kool but there are many problems which are unable to solve by asus
problems are mention below
1> phone heats up a lot while use data plan (internet)
2> one is not able to add contancts in groups (though
the groups are by default in phone)
3> for auto call recoder it recordes randomlly
so it becomes very dificult to search a
particular recording
in fact it should create individual folder for
each caller
+ it records all call in phone memory (it should
record on memory card)
4> not able to take screen shot
( it say's press power & volume button for 1-2 sec
but of we try phone switche's off)
5> very dfiicult to switch on to data plan specially
we are using 2 sims (dual)
6> every time it shows memory card id mounted
7> it installs whatsapp in phone mem
(intex - iball & many other phones whatsapp
intalls to memory card by default)
8> quality of sound ie speakers are very poor it's too
low even the ringer is too tiny
9> not able to select desired ringer from memory card
( have to use default by asus )
10> online chat customer service is very poor
asus represtative are not aware of what we are
asking)
11> in accuweather app (inbuld app) for mumbai it only
has bandra by default (mumbai is big city)
12> last but very imp
asus should support indian laungages
( as asus are marketing their smartfones in india
for indians)

I don't know why. Since my phone was updated to UL-ASUS_T00F-WW-2.20.40.13 via OTA. My phone gets heating up and freezing sometimes. Anybody please help me with this.
