Guys i rooted my zenfone 5 and i removed many google apps as well as some of the pre-installed asus apps that were present on the phone. I unrooted the phone and then i installed the asus apps again that were pre-installed on the phone but now these apps are not like pre-installed apps they can be moved to sd card also. Now i try to update to v2.20.40.13 but i cant update an error msg comes while updating guys pls help me i want to update to 4.4

i went for the update. But there was no difference after the update.
Incomming call quality is rly bad... its not clear. Most of the time i am not able to understand what the other person is saying.
Andmy wifi too is not connecting. It got connected yesterday in the morning once. But not after that.
I give up on this piece. Its faulty I'm sure.
Going for an exchange.
Had a very bad experience with asus.

Hello buddies, I just want to check how's app ops starter working to you guys. It seems it does nothing on battery even blocking permissions seems to be null. For example, disabling messenger's permission to access camera, I can still use the camera. Google play services is still running on background as I checked the app and power statistics. And I went to google play store, for app ops' feedback, they said that the function of app ops' was disabled by google on 4.4.2.

i saw post on xda but i saw a lot of instructions , dont know which one to follow.
