I have been using this phone for a month now, and I am completely satisfied with it. Best bang for your buck, I love how simple the dual sim works as i travel between Canada and US a lot. Just an over all awesome piece of equipment.!

Plz help :
Can anybody tell me something about this issue : When i call someone, below his name it shows number the font of which now showing very small, few days before it's font was large. Now if i changes the font in setting,still number's font not increases.

Jus 2 steps
1)Long press power button(system shut down pop-up)
2)Now long press "power off" on screen.just ok then.

I want to ask you some questions for my curiosity.
1)Is new update going to update our phone to 4.4.3
if no then
2)Are Zenfone 5 users going to get 4.4.3 and 4.4.4 update
OR
3)We are directly going to get Android L update after 4.4.2

after updating to kitkat problems on screen lock etc occured..so jelly bean is better...

hello tomazz.
am new to android.. i bought zenfone 5 few days back.. everything works fine.. but battery get drain quickly.. is there any possible to reduce tat??
continue usage after 10 min mobile got heating around camera.. if device get heat battery drains 1% within 5 min.. is there any option to overcome this problem??
how can i update to kitkat? my system shows ur system is up-to date?
if i updated? if it possible to overcome above prob?

Hi. I was wondering about the small hole at the bottom of the Zenfone 5, next to the usb port. It looks like a typical "hard reset" hole found on so many devices, which you typically push a paper clip into to reset in case said device hangs or becomes unresponsive. Is it the same for Zenfone 5? I tried googling this, but there seems to be no documentation. Even the official pdf Zenfone 5 manual, under "parts and features" does not provide a "label" for it though you can clearly see it in the picture. So what's that hole for?

Is there any way to mute the keypad when typing sms or whatapps? I tried to off notification and both sms alert and keypad sound is gone. Any way to just mute the keypad. Very annoying when keying at night. Thanks!
