haloo.. ive been facing a charging problem.. it doesnt charge while the phone is on.. but it only works when i turn it off.. someone please give me a guide..

I was transferring some photos from my phone card to SD card (which I then transfer to my laptop). After popping the SD card back to my phone this folder called the User's Photo magically appears. And it has pictures of my friends on Facebook! But I wasn't on Facebook at that time nor was I on any other social media. It's not actually a problem though because I can delete the file easily but then it freaked me out for a while and is still trying to figure out what had happened. Does anyone experience the same problem?

Yes. if any phone problems its normally related to the user. I've used this phone for a year now. No problem whatsoever. I even dropped it on the floor (about 3 feet) & nothing happend. It still functions well. Asus is not really famous but in terms of durability, its got its standard.

Phone always heats up when mobile data is on!!! Battery life gets worse day by day on usage...disappointed

this phone is good within limited budget.but battery is very bad.I am using it for more than five months. still no major problem arised.but one problem is that,after finishing talk with sim2,there is no network available in sim1 around 10 minutes.is there any solution of this problem???

Zenfone 5 worst phone I have had. Less than 6 months old, wouldn't recognise SIM, USB connection not working, 6 hours to charge battery. Dropped it in for repairs about 3 weeks ago and just told now that it will be another 6 weeks to be repaired. Not happy.

i using this phone, for any game is powerfull. but when i playing GTA SANANDREAS it has lost texture on pedestarians. and battery drain fast.

Worst phone lot of problems and there is no proper service centers in Bangalore, They don't register a complaint when we call the customer care. They ask you to visit service center.
Chinese make is far better than this.
Customer care or Service Sucks....Please don't purchase

I would like to buy a touchscreen phone a very good game, so there was no lag or any cuttings in games and smoothly went from a very good camera, very good quality movies and videos, very good for music with sound regulation or to be a very good bass or not very fast menu and very fast internet, with a very good processor and even still with very good color and timbre in games, camera, film, video, and desktop phone and with a very good operating system, and that was an option full HD movie recording . Please, quick help

worst mobile i have ever used is ASUS ZENFONE 5 ( 501cg).
wifi is neither turning on nor turning off. mic gone dead coz of software problem within 6 months of purchasing. Battery backup is like hell. Mobile goes dead within 5 hours without playing videos,audio or any game. Just whatsapp chat is kind enough to consume battery of this bloody shit called Asus Zenfone 5

Performance of Mobile is no doubt very good. Battery is draining like anything... It should be atleast 3000mAh. Mic of my Zenfone 5 expired within just 6 Month of usage, Poor service centre response will have to wait 15 days atleast to get it repair. Asus support is saying parts is not available with them, then why have they opened service centre and invested for that if even a basic part is not available. I now consider ASUS as micromax or like spice. Overall mobile is good. No hanging at all.

amazing phone! but not rush with buying it.!
has 2 major problems.
1. weak battery, full youtube lives around ~4-5 hours.
2. very very bad screen quality, if falls down you will guaranteed get cracks on screen, usable but not as expected.

It has Serious battery drain issues .
I dont know if the piece was faulty or the model was..
would not reccomend for heavy users.
